The Four Seasons Wellness Center for Tazewell Community Hospital is currently under construction. The 37,686 sf, two-story facility includes a pool enclosure with sides that can be raised/lowered depending on the weather.

A few planned amenities of the center are after-school programs, aerobics classes, gymnasium, physical therapy, cardiovascular equipment with "cardio-theater", walking/running track, free-weight areas, daycare center, and meeting space/multi-use community rooms.
