Benjamin Boggess

Benjamin Boggess

Benjamin is the third generation of the Boggess family to work in the company. He joined the team in 2019, while still a student at Clemson University.

Acting as the bridge between ETB and B&O Development, Benjamin works on collaboration projects between the two - and provides marketing support to both businesses.

Drawn to the development side of architecture, Ben brings a business mindset to our team and clients. He views his “clients” as stakeholders, in other words, anyone impacted by the work of our projects. Ben’s passion in development is brand management and he focuses on establishing brands that connect to and impact all stakeholders of ETB and B&O Development, LLC. Not limiting himself or brands to the magnitude of influence possible drives his work.

He's dedicated to highlighting the unique opportunities that exist in southern West Virginia to a broader audience. Using his business and development mindset, he assists clients on developing their mission and vision responding to an ever-changing market.

Benjamin cites growing up with his dad, Todd, and “Pop” Ted, influenced him to see how having a passion and love for work can be fulfilling both personally and for others -- from team members and clients to the broader community. The impact that ETB projects have had on various communities has been rewarding and continues to inspire him in his role at the firm.

"I will say that for all, I am proud to be a part of something bigger than myself." - Benjamin Boggess
