HOW WE WORK
Our Integrated Design Process involves the project clients, the ETB team of architects and engineers, and other project partners. 

As the design leader and project organizer, ETB coordinates and orchestrates the work of our in-house architects with the companies involved throughout the design, documentation, and administrative functions of your project.  


We work closely with you throughout our Integrated Design Process, with an emphasis on:

Understanding goals. We develop a plan that identifies and prioritizes individual goals as a means for addressing the overall project.

Brainstorming ideas. We explore opportunities for greater service, from value engineering and strategic partnering to alternative delivery methods. 

Project success is often a direct result of ideas and information shared in these initial meetings.  

Assuring timelines. We generate a management plan to fulfill deliverables and meet milestones on schedule.  

Maintaining client contact. We are accessible, convenient, and committed to success from the beginning through the design process, and after completion.

Inviting performance feedback. At closeout, we involve all team members and clients in a thorough project evaluation to determine how well time, cost, and design goals were met.
Quality Control. Our commitment to quality control starts during planning and design reviews -- with matching expectations about quality standards and life cycle costs with budget and scope -- and continues through construction delivery with a program of third-party inspections, tests, and certifications. 

Quality control should flow seamlessly from one phase to another. The “partnership” we develop helps us maintain a high standard for quality with everyone working for the project’s best interest.

The quality control plan we follow is developed to  help eliminate errors, reduce cost, and improve overall building quality.  
Quality Assurance.  At ETB, we believe quality assurance is an ongoing process, not just a one-time occurrence. It includes the ability of an architect to provide the client with a set of accurate documents that satisfies the project and the client’s needs. 

We strive to coordinate performance among the entire project team for a completed building program to fully satisfy your needs and expectations.
